防身术 – 我们要巧妙运用自己的力量 11月24日，中华武术沙龙-以防身术为主题的现场交流会在新天地文化中心举行，来自各方的朋友互相学习交流，共同在观念和技术上得到了提高。 交流会由武术沙龙联络人同时也是太极与武术教练的刘虎成先生主持，同时请到了技击方面的武林前辈，形意拳高手高俊杰老师做嘉宾。刘虎成教练开场就讲到了防身的观念问题，即要从四个方面提高防身意识，包括：随时注意安全，回避危险情况，迅速逃离危机，冷静面对歹徒。防身术从准备预防开始，有前期准备，现场交手，脱离现场几个阶段，准备得好的话就可以逃脱。 关于准备预防，刘虎成教练讲到可以准备防身物品如白石灰粉，警报器，即使身边常带之物品也可用来防身，如钥匙，香水，笔，高跟鞋。周围可利用的东西包括沙子，树枝，石块等。另外女性注意穿着要保守，男士不要随便露富。 关于女性的防身要领，刘虎成教练介绍了几种四两拨千斤的手法，关键是要以硬击软，女性不适合缠斗，要找到瞬间重创歹徒，争取一招奏效，然后迅速离开现场求助。动作必须迅速，准确，平时也要注意多练习，俗话说，击打千遍，功夫自建。 几种反击基本动作包括：额撞，指刺，掌砍，肘撞，肩撞，背靠，膝撞，脚后跟踢踩，脚蹬等。反击方法介绍包括：反掌戳眼，抓手反制，环肩反制，抓发反制，抱腰反制，勒颈反制。 刘虎成教练边说边示范，让人抓住其手臂，两种解法，一是向前进一步，二是旋转自己手臂，都自然解开。然后，让人示范抓其头发，要两手按住其手往下后方撤步，将其手折断。被拦腰抱住时，要在其没抱死之前，放松下蹲，然后突然向上跳起，将其顶伤。如果被抓领子，可以沿其手背方向突转身，将其手臂折断。刘虎成教练总结到，被袭击时，不能退，一定要进，机会往往只有一次，要冷静，给歹徒瞬间重创。另外，要活用杠杆力，旋转力，圆弧力灵活变换身体位置，步伐控制局面。 高俊杰老师也现场为大家演示如何制服歹徒，并补充到，如果面临一群歹徒，后无退路时，要锁定最前面的一个打，打走了再来人，还是打最前面的，不要左顾右盼，永远打最前面的，最后突围出去。有朋友举出被袭击的实例，高老师和刘教练也结合情况给出脱身办法。 高老师鼓励大家回家练功，不管内家外家，都会受益。大家请高老师展示一下功力，高老师让大家随便向其腹部猛力击打，却全被弹回，他却纹丝不动，好像什么也没发生。笔者也使出全力打了两拳，感觉像是打在一个很硬的橡皮球上，拳被弹回来，胳膊开始疼痛，后据懂功夫的人说，打的力气越大，就会越疼，这回可真是亲身领教了。 一场详细且精彩的示范和解说让所有人，尤其是女性朋友感到，在遇袭时，我们没必要成为受害者，每个人都有自己的力量，灵活运用，以硬击软，我们是有能力反击歹徒并控制局面的。 文化中心代表所有在场听众向刘虎成教练和高俊杰老师的精彩讲解表示感谢！更多文化中心活动请见网站www.xtdcc.ca 。文化中心地址为：Unit 215, 3085 Hurontario Street, Mississauga. 电话：416-8746998。 新天地文化中心秘书长 宋艳供稿
