专业保健按摩手法现场传授深受欢迎 9月28日下午，加拿大注册按摩师杨琦女士应邀来到新天地文化中心，为等候在此的30多位听众现场演示并传授了按摩的基本原理和手法。 一张便携式按摩床，两幅人体骨骼和肌肉挂图，毕业于同济大学临床医学系，现为加拿大注册按摩师的杨琦女士在主持人介绍后开始了讲解。作为加拿大注册按摩师，她所介绍的按摩手法叫做瑞典式按摩。瑞典式按摩是北美最常用的按摩手法之一，是传统的欧洲按摩技术，也是最容易接受的一种按摩方式。利用精油按摩肌肉，增强体液循环，缓解肌肉紧张及疼痛，能促进体内的新陈代谢，为身体进行大扫除。人体的肌肉群由于不正确的过度使用，血液循环不能将氧气和养料带入肌群，经常会有无菌性炎症出现，导致粘连，其结果是肌肉细胞死亡然后形成一种替代性疤痕性组织，失去原有肌肉细胞的功能，还会压迫神经，导致麻木，麻痹。由于现代人长期使用电脑，颈肩部的斜方肌使用过度，斜方肌主要分为三部分：上束纤维——上举及外旋肩胛骨，协助头部后仰，侧屈及旋转，中束纤维——内收（缩回）肩胛骨，下束纤维——下压肩胛骨。斜方肌是人体各部位中负荷最大的地方，非常容易劳损严重。 为有效演示按摩方法，杨琦女士当场聘请了一位听众刘虎成先生做临时病人，开始现场表演按摩手法。在整个颈背部推油之后，杨琦女士从其颈部开始按压，其中解释到，在推拿过程中要寻找结节，就是肌肉组织的痉挛点，然后重点地将其划圆按压松开，让肌肉组织尽量复原，让肌纤维重新生长。在各种推拿按摩手法演示之后，大家开始提出各种问题，如落枕是如何形成的，肌腱拉伤是否可以复原等，杨琦女士都一一解答。针对常见的颈椎病，杨琦女士拿出一个金属悬垂，现场选择了一位听众请她按照自己的感觉将头颈部摆正，然后用金属悬垂放在她的面前，大家发现其实她自认为最正的头颈部位置其实是有明显偏差的。杨女士进一步说明，造成这种偏差的原因就是斜方肌的问题导致的。由于各种原因导致的劳损，一侧的斜方肌与另一侧的斜方肌的强度不一样，就像一个旗杆两侧的牵拉线强度不同，旗杆就会歪一样，颈部也是不正的，需要经常按摩并保持正确姿势使用颈部。 在场听众继续提出各种问题并上前请杨琦女士检查，杨女士耐心解答并教大家如何针对自己的身体问题进行有效按摩。 在一片感谢声中，杨琦女士结束了当日讲解，大家纷纷记下联系方式，表示日后继续向杨女士请教。 文化中心代表所有听众感谢杨琦女士的专业讲解和演示！更多文化中心活动请见中心网站：www.xtdcc.ca. 文化中心地址为：Unit 215, 3085 Hurontario Street, Mississauga. 新天地文化中心秘书长 宋艳供稿
