步步生风，招招疾准 – 名不虚传的福建白鹤拳 2014年1月5日，加拿大国术武术总会会长，白鹤拳，少林拳，咏春拳著名教练吴家文先生受邀亲临新天地文化中心中华武术沙龙，为武术爱好者带来了一场精彩的关于福建白鹤拳的讲解与演示。 
吴家文教练是一位出生在马来西亚的华人，在70年代到加拿大求学，当年在蒙特利尔学习工程专业并在毕业后做了12年工程师和兼职武师，在1994年开始做全职武术教练，现在是加拿大国术武术总会会长，拥有国际武联授予的武术最高级别九段段位。吴教练的学生桃李满天下，他创建的拳术中心在加国各地设有分馆，今年适逢武馆建馆35周年，吴家文教练感怀良多，一向为人低调，专注教学的他鉴证了武术在加拿大的传播与发展，对武术丰富的文化历史背景，武德，武术与修身的关系等都有深刻感触。吴教练的师公正是咏春拳叶问，白鹤拳的师傅是李乾佳，至今学习白鹤拳已有48年。 
关于白鹤拳，吴教练讲到，白鹤拳分两大支流，西藏白鹤，福建白鹤。福建白鹤又叫少林白鹤，流传于南少林，至今已流传了300年左右。福建白鹤拳师祖是方七娘，其父亲是方慧石。方七娘学南少林时，也学过罗汉拳等，她对鹤拳浓厚的兴趣使她创拳时揉合更多的鹤的步型，身型，手型，那时还是叫少林白鹤拳。再后来演变成四种鹤拳 -飞，鸣，宿，食。 随后吴教练开始边演示边讲解白鹤拳的套路以及手法，身法，步法，脚法。白鹤拳讲究三正，讲究三正，头正，身正，步伐要正。手型中的凤眼拳带着螺丝劲，拔剑打让人不知道将被袭击的部位，雷公打从上劈下，如五雷轰顶，鹰爪功，鹤爪功专门针对的是对手关节和筋的所在。步法有子午马，半低马，低马，盖马，八字马，前六后四，落地生根，五指抓地，收肛，气沉丹田是基本要诀。脚法有撩阴脚，前脚尖踢，后脚跟踢，扫脚。身法与步法相结合，吴教练还演示了钩纱，天空手，美人照镜，盖翅，金龙现手，鹤擒羊等招式。关于拳理，吴教练讲到白鹤拳的拳理与太极相似，都是圆破直，直破圆。阴可阳，阳克阴，生生不息，还兼用了吞吐浮沉的原理。 
几套精彩的套路演示赢得了大家由衷的赞叹，吴教练的每一个动作都蕴含着一股强大的气势，快拳致胜，三招内必反守为攻是白鹤拳师祖的要求，也是白鹤拳弟子们的骄傲。关于武术的推广与弘扬，吴教练谈到习武之人首先要团结，应互相切磋交流，不需要争强好胜，这样才能共同推动中国武术的发展。
