大师指点，精准到位 – 听云峰师傅解析24式太极拳 2014年5月11日下午，杜云峰师傅再次受邀来到新天地文化中心武术沙龙活动现场，为满座的太极爱好者们精辟地分析讲解了应该如何打好24式太极拳。 云峰师傅是国家一级武术裁判，国家武术段位高级评判员，西安武术协会副主席，形意拳八卦掌第五代传人，陈式太极第十二代传人。尤其值得一提的是他的师父张桐当年参加了“简化太极拳”的编创工作。可以说，云峰师傅就是国家规定套路太极拳的第二代传人，他所学的24式太极拳是原汁原味的原版。因此，他对24式太极拳的解释也特别具有说服力。 云峰师傅首先介绍了24式太极拳在中国的诞生过程，随后指出，怎样才能练好太极拳，简单一句话就是要打“明白拳”。何为“明白拳”？首先要明白自己打的是什么太极拳，太极拳一共有五个流派，现在有人把国家套路列为第六个流派，因为它有自己的要求和讲究。云峰师傅认为，把国家套路列为第六个流派是有道理的。在这六种流派里，每一个流派都有自己的特点，打哪一种就要按哪一种流派的要求来打。所以首先要明白自己打的是哪个流派。第二，就是必须明白自己这个流派都有什么具体要求，太极之形大家看书看视频都可以学会，但那只是外形，要知其形，还有懂其劲，明其理。从拳架上说，就是要知其形，还要明白这些形是由什么劲组成的，怎么才能把这些劲发出来，还要明白为什么要有这些劲，为什么这些劲要这样发。这样才能练好太极拳，才是打了明白拳。就像汉语一样，中国的汉字是形音义三位一体，如果一个人只会发音，就是只会说，不会写，不认识，被称为“文盲”。太极拳也是一样，“形，劲，意”三位一体，如果只知其形，不知其劲，不知其意，那可以说是个“拳盲”，是打不好太极拳的。 接着，云峰师傅把24式太极拳全套演练一遍，然后对每一个动作都做出解释，大家从他的拆解过程中知道了24个动作每一个动作的劲与意，明白了24式太极拳不知其劲，不知其意，光凭其形是打不好的。讲解完毕，又有多位听众提出具体问题，云峰师傅都一一给出了详细的解答。还有一位听众自愿打了一整套24式太极拳请云峰师傅现场纠正，云峰师傅边看边记下他的问题，并在他打完之后详细地指出了好几处打太极犯忌的地方，比如中门大开等等，并给出纠正之法。 通过云峰师傅的这次全套拆解，大家茅塞顿开，纷纷表示受益匪浅，并期望云峰师傅以后继续拆解其他套路。整场讲座在热烈的掌声中结束。 大师一出手，便知有没有，云峰师傅长年累月潜心研究武学，坚持锤炼武功，为武术传承付出的时间和心血绝非常人可比。中华武术博大精深，要想做到传承与发扬，就一定需要像云峰师傅这样坚定的信念与毅力，大家一道，互相鼓励支持，将武术的发展深入下去，将武术的精神宣传出去，用武术最深刻的立足于打开生命本身的使命唤起更多人对中华武术的关注与热爱，并且，让武术实实在在地在生活中帮助到每一个人。 文化中心在此代表所有听众由衷感谢杜云峰师傅的精湛讲解与演示！ 照片及更多文化中心活动请见网站www.xtdcc.ca。 新天地文化中心 宋艳供稿
