精辟的讲解：武术与医学 2月16日，新天地文化中心举办的中华武术沙龙活动又迎来了一位武艺精湛的少林拳术大师，国威堂少林武术学校总教练，精通金刚拳和洪拳的黄志强师傅。在一片热情的掌声中，黄师傅讲解了武术的起源，少林功夫的起源以及洪拳的历史，并现场展示点穴解痛治病，令观众惊叹不已。 
黄师傅首先以武术从何处来的问题引起大家的思考，武术是从战斗中来的，远古时期人们需要和动物或其他部落战斗，于是就开始钻研打斗并尝试使用各种武器。少林派武术自古就是武林第一大派，千年不衰，作为中原武林的泰斗，其地位不可估量。“天下武功出少林”，少林武功更是博大精深、浩如烟海。但是据黄师傅讲，远在少林之前就已存在武术，中国在早期是多个小国并存状态，各国之间经常战争，武术就已在需要中逐步发展。而少林武术则与达摩大师传经密不可分，达摩院是菩提达摩祖师修禅练武的地方，南北朝时，达摩大师从南朝梁国北来，面壁于嵩山少林寺，历时九年，首传禅宗。随之功成的还有《易筋经》、《洗髓经》二经，奠定了少林武术的基础。《易筋经》、《洗髓经》均为强身健体之内功心法，随着后世的推广、弘扬，并吸收民间的武术之长，而逐渐形成中国武术的名门—少林功夫。千百年来，少林功夫一直为世人所敬仰，被称作中华武术的代表，也使少林寺成为中国佛教最有特色的禅拳一脉，进而形成了以达摩院为核心的禅武文化交流中心。黄师傅讲到，佛家讲究打坐，入定，一般人打坐时会睡觉并令脊柱受到损害，而达摩大师面壁九年，首先是对身体姿势的一种考验，达摩大师研究出内功心法，是为了健康，而不是打斗。这些内功心法对其他僧人的修行也是一种帮助。后来，由于国家间征战，各国的将军去少林寺学习，交流，并且在国家有危难之时，少林寺的僧人也出手相助，保护国家，通过这样的一段历史，武术不断创新并发展深入。有些人从少林寺出来，到不同地区继续发展，后来形成五大流派，为少林，武当，峨眉，崆峒，昆仑，各具特色，其中又细分为不同支派，武林百花齐放。 
黄师傅还特别讲解了南拳中的洪拳，洪熙官是洪拳的创始人，洪拳代表人物之一是黄飞鸿。洪拳姿势很好。普通马步有四平马，骑马，八字马，洪拳不同，分大马和小马，大马步法很宽，用于锻炼和练功，小马步法较很窄，可自由扭动，在实战运用上使用的多。另外还有弓字马，丁字马。 黄师傅还向大家提问，气功，内功，外功区别在何处？气功就是吸氧，打通经络，气功含在任何功里，是呼吸，无时不在，把氧气送到每个细胞，支持身体。气功又分阴功，阳功，阴阳（平衡）功。不动只呼吸，是阴功，阴阳功则是慢慢动作，阳功则是要发力。而内功就如练习长跑后身体适应了，跑步不再感到累了，这时内功，内力就增长了。而外功则是以练动为主，以技击为主要目的。 黄师傅讲到他已经练了50多年武术，至今仍坚持每天练习，工作可以辞去，但是永远不会退出武术的修炼。在不断坚持中，他明白了一个至简的规则，对于人来说，越难的东西，就越想去获得，越容易的东西，越不会留恋。这正是他在武术上不断精进的一个缘由。 
在讲座的下半部分，黄师傅讲到了点穴治疗法。人体中，五行，五色，与各器官对应，并且和外在环境存在互动关系。外在环境变化时，内在不匹配，就失去平衡，导致疾病。中医治病的方式有五种，中药，针灸，点穴，按摩，放血，这些是基于经络穴位学说。点穴可以控制疼痛，还可以让人回复健康。黄师傅当场请有背痛的观众协助示范，在手，手臂，脚，腿处取穴按压，令病人缓解疼痛。黄师傅还谈到了食品健康问题，水的卫生问题等等，涉及了健康的各个重要环节。 
讲座在大家一片热烈掌声中结束，大家纷纷和黄师傅合影留念，还有很多还有很多听众围住黄师傅又继续深入探讨气功和武术的相关问题，久久不肯离去。
