诚，信，恒 – 炼就中华武术 
1.19日下午，文化中心的中华武术沙龙活动座无虚席，主讲者刘虎成教练对中华武术修炼的深刻体会和见解让所有听者无不赞叹和敬佩。 刘虎成教练自幼喜爱武术，从八岁起练习少林弹腿，少林基本功和少林炮锤等，从师史英杰先生，系统地学习了少林拳术（拦手拳，罗汉拳等），常规长短器械（刀枪剑棍），软器械（三节棍，九节鞭，绳镖等）及其对练（徒手和器械）。1984年起，学习陈氏太极37式，传统一路，二路，五十六竞赛套路，陈式太极剑和太极推手等。并同时在八十年代学习气功，包括鹤祥桩，禅密功和少林内劲一指禅等功法。在1999年，他被陈式太极拳第十代传人，陈氏心意混元太极创始人冯志强大师收为入门弟子。2001年，刘先生移民到加拿大，为了更好地普及混元太极拳，在2009年，他创建加拿大混元太极世界，并担任主教练。 
讲解以中华武术的概括性介绍开始，中华武功博大精深，她包括武术套路、器械、气功、养生疗养、渊源甚至可以包括到中医，传统文化等等 。她外练手、眼、身、法、步；内练精、神、意、气、胆。外三合，内三合，上下相随，节节贯穿，是内外和谐的最高体现。所以每练一招一式，心与意，意与气，肩肘腕，胯膝足，以及周身各个大小关节五脏六腑都在协调运转，都有自己的运动轨迹，整体要求心往一处想，意往一处去，气聚一点。 内以修身，外以致用，这是所有中华传统武术的两大要素。刘教练还谈到：不管是何种功夫，也不管是中国的还是日本，韩国，哪种武术形式不重要，关键在于是否得到真功夫，修炼武术的目的就在于自身素质的提高。同时，各国武术都有各自文化在内支撑，我们中华武功中的中华二字意味着将中国文化及医学，哲学纳入，构成自己的体系。 
武术的两大类一是外功拳，也称外家拳：另一类是内功拳，也称内家拳。以力运气的运动称为外功拳，主要特征是以外为主，由外动到内动，力求以快制慢，先发制人，力由外变。以意运气的运动称为内功拳，主要特征是以内为主，由内动到外动，力求以静制动，舍已从人，劲由内换。 关于如何修炼武术，刘先生谈到诚，信，恒三个要诀。诚是指要明确目的，给自己定位。信是指要树立信心，科学练功。大道至诚至简，循规蹈矩，一步一个脚印。要知：学拳不易，改拳更难。如果是认识的错就更难改变。恒是指要把基本功训练放在首位，自始自终牢记无功一场空的道理。从生活中的点滴入手，见缝插针，因地因时持之以恒的练，直到成为生活中一部分。并且，在功夫每达到相当高程度以前，不要轻易跨门派修炼。中华武功有深厚的文化底蕴，更是一门实践性极强的技艺。知其然不知其所以然，只能是盲人摸象，自以为是。为此，在修炼中注重培养解决实际问题的能力，由浅入深，反复认识，反复身悟，形成适合自己的学法，练法，用法。修炼武功的过程如炼钢的过程，能否炼出好钢需要多方面的原因，从铁矿石变成纯钢，是脱胎换骨的改变，是质量和品质共同提升。 刘教练进一步指出，内外双修是达到武功最高境界的必由之路。外功（武技）主练身手步，内功（道功）主练精气神。只修内而不修外则肢体不灵，只练外而不练内则气血不活。外功是内功的效能，内功是外功的根源，二者合一方是武功。 刘教练还介绍了武术所包含的的基本功分类，各种套路，专项功夫和基本技术等，并播放视频让大家领略中华武功各种功夫的精彩演练和展示，令人印象深刻。 关于练武的窍门，刘教练谈到，要把武功的修炼与科学知识，体育活动，日常生活，生产劳动，自然现象等相联系，不断认识，不断探索，不断发展。如：杠杆原理，圆和三角的作用，海滩冲浪，水滴石穿，铁锨扬石，推独轮车，乒乓球，滑冰，动物戏耍等等。总之，师傅领进门，修行在个人，学艺不分场内外，长功更是如此。 在讲座的最后，刘虎成教练谈到了武德：大道无边，有德者得之，得“道”的过程就是顺乎自然的过程，修炼的过程也是修德的过程。中华武术强调的是德艺双修，有容乃大。 武德作为习武之人的重要追求和指引方向，时时刻刻贯穿在修炼的全部过程之中，正是这种道德精神指引，令中华武功得以传扬千古，以坚实的臂膀托载着天地间之浩然正气。 讲座在一片热烈的掌声中结束，文化中心在此代表所有听众向刘虎成教练的精彩讲解致以由衷感谢！刘虎成教练网站为：www.xhtaichi.weebly.com ，其中有刘教练精彩的武术及太极表演图片及教学视频，供大家参考。更多文化中心活动请见网站：www.xtdcc.ca。 新天地文化中心 宋艳供稿
